Are we the right choice for your home?
"In short, yes. No matter what your property type we have a suitable window or door. Our range spans from the lower price point UPVC windows right up to the higher spec, higher price point timber windows. It’s a similar story with our doors, we offer UPVC, aluminium and timber doors to suit a range of tastes and budgets."

Are you an accredited company?
"Yes. We are a FENSA Registered and Approved Installer. We register your details as soon as your installation is complete. You will receive your certificate of registration directly from FENSA. These certificates are important as they are required by solicitors when you come to sell your property."

Are you a franchise?
"No - we are a family run business which started back in 2019."

Can I get a quote without a surveyor visit?
"Sometimes. Whilst we can often see the problem through photographs, the majority of the time a survey is recommended. This is because of the vast amount of different types of windows, doors, parts and mechanisms. It takes years of knowledge and extensive experience to identify them all and so usually an in-person inspection is needed."

Is my build or installation guaranteed?
"Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on all our UPVC products and 5-years on our glazing."

What if I want a more unusual style of window or door?
"No problem! We can supply all kinds of windows and doors and are also able to advise on these too."

Do you repair double glazing?
"Yes. Double glazing failure is a very common issue which we have vast experience with. Contact us with more information about the problem and our expert team will be able to advise."

How do I get a quotation?
"Once you have been in touch we will book you in for a free no-obligation quotation where we will call out to your home, take measurements and discuss your ideas. We have never cold-called for business and never employed any high-pressure sales tactics of any kind. Your quote will then be worked out back at our showroom and we aim to get it back to you within a day or two either by email or if requested via post."

What are your lead times?
"Our usual lead time is 4-8 weeks from the day you place your order depending on the products you order and the size of your project, although we sometimes are able to install products sooner than that. If you are looking to have the work done quicker than our usual 4-8 weeks, please give us a call and we will do our best to help."
